• Delivered social edits within 3-5 business days and hero brand edits within 5-7 days by building a templated DaVinci Resolve Studio 21 workflow (colour grading, Fusion VFX, Fairlight mixing).
• Doubled usable output per shoot day, producing 10+ finished deliverables each month by capturing and mastering native 9:16 and 16:9 versions in parallel.
• Eliminated the need for a separate copywriter on 100% of deliverables by writing the platform-native caption, title, description, and hashtag set alongside every edit.
• Closed client sign-off inside two revision rounds by locking scope before production with written creative briefs and storyboards.

• Built a commercial client base from zero within 24 months across hospitality, retail and live-event businesses in Sydney, converting first-project clients into repeat engagements.
• Removed equipment rental from every quote by funding and building a complete production stack entirely from project revenue.

The Operational Foundation.

• Processed a high-volume data cycle of 2,000+ files per month with full traceability. This built the large-scale digital asset management discipline I apply to media libraries today.
